YOUTH MARTIAL ARTS

Raise Strong Kids.

Confidence, focus, discipline, teamwork and practical movement — taught in an environment where kids can learn and have fun.

KIDS PROGRAMS

Every Age Has a Place.

Our youth classes are structured around age and developmental stage, with games and drills that have a purpose behind them.

01

Tiny Titans

Ages 4–5

Young students learn to listen, move, balance, control their bodies and interact positively with teammates. Activities include age-appropriate movement games, breakfalls, shrimping, technical stand-ups and other foundational skills.

Goal: Build confidence and a positive first relationship with martial arts.

02

Little Warriors

Ages 6–8

Students begin connecting movement with martial arts skills. Classes can include guard retention, hip-bump sweeps, arm drags, clinch work and takedown games while reinforcing respect and control.

Goal: Learn skills while becoming a better teammate and problem-solver.

03

Jr. Spartans

Ages 9–12

Older youth begin developing more detailed technical understanding, live problem-solving and stronger training habits. Instruction builds on the fundamentals while preparing students for greater independence on the mats.

Goal: Build discipline, confidence and technical ownership.

04

Competition Team

Students who enjoy competition can receive additional preparation for tournaments. Competition is an option, not a requirement, and the emphasis remains on learning, sportsmanship and teamwork.

Goal: Learn how to prepare, compete and grow from the experience.

WHY MARTIAL ARTS FOR KIDS?

Skills That Leave the Mat.

Kids learn that mistakes are part of learning. They practice solving problems, listening to coaches, working with different teammates and staying committed when something is challenging.

Give them a place to work hard, have fun and discover what they can do.
TRAIN • LEARN • GROW

Games are used with purpose: movement, takedowns, guard work, balance, reactions and teamwork can all be developed while kids stay engaged.

TEAM FIRST

Every student has a role in the academy community. We teach young athletes to respect their partners and celebrate one another's progress.
